As we travel along the wellness journey, one important element is the state of our mind, our intellect, and our abilities to create, reason, and learn new things. Our intellectual wellness is critical in our overall wellness.

What is Intellectual Wellness? 

Intellectual wellness is the opening of our mind to new experiences, new ideas, expanding our knowledge, refining our skills, participating in various activities that stimulate thought, enhance cultural understanding, embrace artistic expression, foster creativity, spark curiosity, develop mindfulness, and encourage lifelong learning.
